Flexible Working Policy

All Employees with 26 weeks continuous service  have the right to request  flexible working, thanks to changes made from 30 June 2014. (Before this date, the statutory right was only available to parents of young or disabled children, or employees with dependent care responsibilities.)

The statutory right is to request a change to the terms and conditions of  employment in order that they can have flexible working arrangements and to have that request considered seriously by the Company. 

This document is a legally compliant, practical and flexible Flexible Working policy. We hope you find it easy to understand and use. It is in template form and allows you to add your Company name if required, and customise it to suit your specific requirements as a business.
