Harassment and Bullying Policy

This policy supports a working environment in which all employees are treated with respect and dignity and that is free of harassment, offensive behaviour and bullying based upon: age, disability, gender reassignment, race (including colour, nationality and ethnic or national origins), religion or belief, sex and/or sexual orientation.
