Maternity Policy

This policy details the maternity entitlements.    It sets out the statutory rights and responsibilities of employees who are pregnant or have recently given birth, health and safety considerations, arrangements for ante-natal care, pregnancy-related illness, maternity leave and pay, contact during the leave, additional paternity leave and rights to return to work.
